I offer meditation classes for both the beginner and those who wish to deepen their existing practice.
In my beginner’s class, I introduce a wide range of meditation practices, including Buddhist Samatha, Hindu mantra meditation and chanting, westernized relaxation meditation and guided meditation, and Christian contemplative prayer. I will extend the class for those connected with a specific form of meditation so individuals can practice and deepen their experience within the group.
I also offer regular meditation space and time open to anyone looking for a place to meditate with others. These are hourlong blocks of time dedicated to meditation. Anyone of any style and level can join.
